Users can cancel a booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a ₹99 convenience fee.
If a service is not performed or is significantly below standards, a partial or full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In case of double deduction or failed transactions where the amount is debited, the amount will be automatically reversed by the bank within 7-10 days.
