You can track your order in real-time from the "My Profile" > "Orders" page. Our live tracking system shows you exactly where your rider is once your order is out for delivery.

If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, our personal shoppers will either call you for a replacement or we will automatically refund the amount for that item to your original payment method.

You earn 1 Point for every ₹10 spent on our platform. These points are automatically added to your wallet after a successful delivery and can be redeemed as a discount on your next order at the checkout page.

Refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation or item removal. For UPI and wallet payments, it usually reflects within 24-48 hours. For credit/debit cards, it may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

We take quality very seriously. If you receive a damaged or expired product, you can either return it to the rider immediately or raise a ticket within 24 hours through our app's support section for a full refund or replacement.
